Transcript Trump is the time. Sing it with me. It's like he wanted to dance, but he was like, I can't do that. Viral video. Activists crash Trump's dinner. I'm Jim Drastic. I'm Tiffany Drastic. I'm Nick Kudson. And today on the dangerous ones, last night activists with coat pink confronted Donald Trump at Joe's Seafood in Washington DC, unfurling Palestinian flags and chanting free DC, free Palestine, Trump is the Hitler of our time before Secret Service removed them. Trump was dining with Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Defense Secretary Pete Hex in a that I lose my appetite just from that. No, thank you. Uh in a rare public outing, we're digging into the viral video that captured the moment, plus more of your calls to the people's hotline. Let's dig in. So, a fantastic video surfaced from last night. Thank you for your service. So, members of a group called Code Pink, uh, we'll dive into a little bit more about who they are, but they crack. They went I first of all, it's just weird seeing the president out at a restaurant. You know what I mean? It's just Oh, it's such a flex cuz he's like, look how safe it is now that I sent my soldiers to kick your ass. It's like, [ __ ] you. You know, and also like and I'm still alive. Yeah. You know? Yeah. So, we know I got up this morning. I turn I opened up social media like I do every [ __ ] morning because I'm [ __ ] addicted. And sure enough, the very first video is this confrontation. And look, these guys gals got within feet. They said they were looking them in their eyes. I mean, they're they're as close as me and you, Nick. I mean, it was like, whoa. He was [ __ ] mad. Yeah, he was mad. He was not happy. So, we've got a couple of videos to show you. One is the actual incident and one is a little bit after the incident uh after they got kicked out. So, let's go with the first video. Tiff, great. DC is the time. Sing it with me. It's like he wanted to dance, but he was like, I can't do that. One more time. [Applause] Sing it, girls. Let's go. Let's go. Time to go. Time to go. Time to go. Let's go. Time to go. Time to go. Puerto Rico. Let's go. Free. Freez. Free Palestine. soft hit of our time. She had to get one last look in there. Oh man, I love it. I love it. That was fantastic. So good. Oh man. And I want to call your attention. There's one frame in that video. I'm going to put it up on the screen. And you can see Marco Rubio's face and Hegathth right behind him. And when you look at their faces, like Marco Rubio's face is full of hate. And I can't tell if it's like for himself. His face is just full of hate. And when you look in Pete Hexess's eyes for that one frame, that is what fear looks like, ladies and gentlemen. We are scared. So, it is working. It's working. I agree. Uh when you hear when you uh see that video, what do you think? I mean, it's just fantastic. It's fantastic. We need more of this public shaming. We just bring it back. I mean, it's working. The memes, the shouting, they should not be able to go anywhere in peace. And and by the way, can I just say really quick is is one great thing about that video and uh look, as we filmed this, there's breaking news right now that Charlie Kirk uh the right-wing uh podcaster um personality was shot. Uh the difference here is what happened last night was peaceful and it hurt nobody except for maybe some feelings. And that's the kind of activism we're trying to promote. Um we don't promote shooting people uh uh on either side. That's just disgusting. Well, violence is never the answer. It doesn't solve anything. It just makes [ __ ] worse. So, yeah. Yeah. Uh, you know, I'm afraid that this is this is ramping up to a place that is going to get real scary. But back to Code Pink, what they did was exactly right. And but, you know, and it required a lot of courage. I mean, and she looked when she was telling that story, we're going to see it in a second. She says he looked us in our eyes, each one of us, and he's flicking his finger like, "Get him out of it." He cannot handle women bullying him to his face cuz he's a man baby and was thrown. That's right. Let's get right to it. Let's get to the video of one of the main protesters after they got kicked out. Great. So, we were just inside this steakhouse, seafood restaurant in Washington DC where Donald Trump, JD Vance, Pete Hegsth, all of them were eating. They sat down right next to us and as people were giving them an applause, we were saying free DC, free Palestine, Trump is the Hitler of our time, saying that we need troops out of everywhere. They just announced that the Pentagon is the Department of War. It's always in the Department of War. So, we were in there saying he will absolutely not be able to have dinner in peace. He looked us right in the eyes and we stood our ground and we continue to be steadfast in our call for the end of the occupation here and in Gaza and globally. We are not afraid of Trump. He is afraid of us. We hope that he sees our faces in his mind for a long time because he looked us all in the eyes as we were standing there. [Music] It's catchy, you know. It really is. It really is. I love that. Way to go. Way to go. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Code Pink. Um, and do we know a little bit about like their background? What is their background? Code Pink was established in 2002 for the runup uh into the US invasion of the Iraq War. Oh wow. So they've been around a while. They have been around a while. Um with a group of activists uh along with Jod Evans and Media Benjamin in the lead. Um Wow. Yeah. So their name is a play on the Homeland Security colorcoded safety like code red thing. Yeah. So code red and orange are associated with danger and so they wanted this associated with female activists. This is their founding statement. women around the world to rise up and and oppose the war in Iraq. We call on mothers, grandmothers, sisters and daughters, on workers, students, teachers, healers, artists, writers, singers, poets, and every ordinary outraged woman willing to be outrageous for peace. Women have been the guardians of life, not because we are better or purer or more innately nurturing than men, but because the men have been busy themselves making war. God love Well, thank you for exercising your first amendment rights and rage painting the president. I I don't know. Uh he's mad. I don't know much about him, but uh we'll put a link to uh their website uh in the description. Check them out. And look, are we all going to end up in the clink? Maybe. Are they Are they going to like come for us? Probably. But I just It's worth it. What are No one No one's This is No one's coming. That's exactly right. you know. Um, now look, we've also got some really great phone calls from everybody. So, let's let's let's keep kind of the vibe going of that of that uh uh resistance vibe. Um, do you which one do you want to play first? So, I'm going to play Ellen from Chicago because everyone really resonated with Sher yesterday from Plainsville, Illinois. Planeville, Illinois. So, if you don't remember yesterday, we had a phone call from a woman named Sher uh near Chicago, and she was uh talking about I mean, it was such a fantastic uh episode. I'll I'll put the fantastic call. I'll put the uh link to that in the Hold on. I just [ __ ] that all up. Mhm. That's okay. That was really, really bad. I was doing just fine, but that's okay. Did you want to do it? Hey, Tiffany, what do you want to say? I want to say this. Let me explain what she said. I didn't know if you were going to get to that. It's my bad. It's my bad. Go ahead. You can do it. Ellen from Chicago called in support of Sherry who called from Sherry who called in yesterday. We've been afraid to leave her house for a few months and she really wants to get out at the next No Kings and so Chicago called with a little words of support. Oh yeah, I love it. Let's hear it. This is Ellen. Hi guys. Love the show. This is Ellen from Chicago. I called in once before, but I just wanted to respond to Sherry from Planefield. Sherry, we got you, hun. You don't have to worry about a thing. Those suburbs, Planefield, Crest Hill, even Joliet and Northwest Indiana, plus Chicago, we got our arms wrapped around you, sweetie. Nobody's going to touch you. I promise. We'll stand strong. All of us. That's what we have. We're all together as one voice. Hang in there. We're going to fight this thing. Thanks, guys. Oh, thank you, Ellen. Thank you. Wow. Danger Corp coming together. I know. The danger. Ellen did call before she called. She was the protesters. She says, "And we're ready. I'm standing here in Chicago and we're going to bring it." Oh, yeah. Yeah. Right. That's right. Oh, well, thank you so much for calling again, Alan. And just the Sheries of the world. Like, you're just you're not alone out there. Yeah. And to all of our uh listeners uh and all of our viewers, just know that that's what we are building here at the Dangerous Ones, the Dangerous Ones Network. We're building a family. Uh uh we're building a resistance. We're bu building what we call a digital army as well. Uh uh and uh just hearing stuff like that just makes you feel feel good. and being, you know, as uh in democratic messaging as James and I are with 11 Films and Nick is with Demcast is sometimes because we come at it from an activist standpoint. So sometimes we feel like no one's listening. And I can tell that when you guys call in, you feel like finally people are listening. So I really want to build something that everyone's being heard here. We're listening to every single call. Every single call. Every single call. Every single and every email. Email. Yep. Um, and then, uh, we have some more, right? In fact, uh, somebody else, I believe, called in and spoke about how much they love the, uh, people's hotline. They do. This, this guy's name is Fish. He calls in a lot. He calls in. Yeah, we love him. He goes, and his ideas are great. I'm making notes, Fish. I'm listening. Don't worry, Fish. We hear you. So, he's calling to just say, um, it's it's a great thing that we have going on here. Let's hear it. Awesome. Okay. Hey, this is Fish. I don't think I've ever thanked you guys for having your podcast. You say what you got to say and then you let the people say what they got to say. And I think that's that's wonderful. And on that note, it feels so good to be able to call in and talk to somebody. I know you're listening. I'm you're not talking back, but I know you're listening. And that feels so good to get things, you know, I want to share ideas. People want to get things off their chest. And this is just great. Thank you all. Keep up the good work. and you'll be hearing me soon. Bye. Wow. Thanks, Fish. Oh my god. Yeah. I mean, and it's like guys, we are listening. Yeah. And often times the calls, even if we don't respond to them on or play them on the show, the calls are helping us decide what we talk about on the show. All the time. Yes. And I can't play every single It's like 50 to 100 calls a day. I came in today, it was 44 more calls. I just stopped listening to them last night at. Yeah. I mean, it helps shape us, you know. Absolutely, because uh the truth is we don't know everything and and we're just we're we want this to be a group effort here. You guys have been calling in with your jokes. I have a whole file of jokes. We're going to do that whole thing. Give Tiffany your best jokes. 5032124600. Again, the people's hotline 5032124600. Now, there's another hundred messages. Yeah, I know. Oh, darn. Here's You have You guys listen to this. We've got another goodie for you. What is it? So, this is everyone's calling with their trolls and like their roast of Trump. So, I've been making little medleys of like everybody calling in. So, this is our second one. So, I hope you guys dig it. Trump hates black people. I don't usually cuss, but the word [ __ ] feels so good in my mouth. Linguistically challenged orange. [ __ ] Suck my dick, Donald Trump. And I'm protesting. I'm done. I'm done. This is [ __ ] They [ __ ] around and found out. Karma is coming your way, you sickos. They [ __ ] around and found out. We can sure as heck burn a lot of Confederate flags cuz this is a really red state. It's wonderful having somebody to stand up onto boss hog. Retrograde [ __ ] magnet. And I can tell that y'all are gen paprika palpatine and a shitler youth. Trump blows. There's no humanity. And I hope that cross burns Caroline Levit right in her neck so she can always wear it cuz she sucks. I love that shitler youth. I'm saving little files of the names everyone's calling him. It's just Oh, what a chef. Great job everybody. Thank you so much for the calls. Keep calling in cuz I love making these. Keep calling in and congratulations to Code Pink for their epic troll of Donald Trump last night at uh at the restaurant. Keep it up everybody. Keep up the nonviolent resistance. Uh folks, you can call the hotline 5032124600. Uh you can also email us at shout@thedanger ones.com. And folks, the Dangerous Ones Network. We are on the front lines of the resistance. Uh this network is being built by the three of us with our bare hands. As you know, Tiffany and myself are award-winning creators behind 11 Films. And Nick is the awardwinning organizer behind Demcast USA. We are also old school activists. We're not afraid to get in the streets and fight back. In fact, we encourage it. Fact, for every pro-democracy podcast like the Dangerous Ones, there are over a 100 right-wing podcasts out there spewing hate and lies. We have our work cut out for us. If you believe in this cause and if you're able to, we ask you to chip in to help us fight this authoritarian regime. Because the truth is, nobody is coming to save us. We have to do it oursel. Your donations keep our mics on, amplifying critical stories and a growing community of resistors just like you, a family we call the Danger Core. And we're all going to have a laugh while we do it because sometimes the reality is just too dark. You can scan the QR code on your screen or you can click the link in our description. Thank you so much. So, be safe, get into good trouble, get into fun trouble, and remember, we are all the dangerous ones. Bye bye.
