Folks, we are literally in downtown Portland right as we speak. I I am not getting bullets flying everywhere. [Laughter] Chicago fights back as Trump sends troops. I'm Jim Drastic. I'm Tiffany Drastic. I'm Nick Kudson. And today on the Dangerous Ones, Trump wants to play dictator. He's unleashing ICE and the National Guard on American cities. And now he's pointing at Chicago. The snad. Chicago's not having it. The mayor basically said, "We don't work for you." Faith leaders, unions, immigrant families, they're all in the streets saying, "This is our city, not your stage set." Trump's bank spanking on chaos so he could flex on Fox News. But Chicago's flipping the script, standing up to a bully president who's desperate to look tough. if he thinks rolling tanks into Chicago will scare the people quiet. He's about to find out what happens when a city tells him to shove it. We've got clips from the ground and more of your calls to the people's hotline. Let's dig in. Hey, tell him to shove it. Shove it. Donald Trump, you [ __ ] By the way, if you don't know, I posted this this weekend. So, last weekend on [ __ ] Truth Social, Trump posted this horrible horrible meme and it's it's basically a take of uh Apocalypse Now. And in the captions, I'll show it on the screen here. Uh he says, "I love the smell of deportations in the morning." I mean, how disgusting. [ __ ] sick. It's disgusting. And then at the bottom of it, it says, this is this is the part that really freaked me out is at the bottom it says Chicago about to find out why it's called the Department of War. What the [ __ ] is that supposed What the [ __ ] is that supposed to mean? Right. So, uh, that got the internet riled up, you know, and it got Chicago riled up. Does anyone remember that that character is crazy? Right. Right. That's a really good point. Yeah. And there's a big uh big graphic on the meme that says apocalypse, you know what I mean? It's just like, what the [ __ ] man? And by the way, we were I'll say it again. We were in Chicago last year. It's a beautiful city. It's a wonderful city. Guess how many problems we had? None. That's how many. None. Of course, every every big city, every state, and it doesn't matter if it's red or blue has its issues. Did you guys see the footage? I saw this weekend like that. The people came out. They're like Thank you, Chicago. Welcome, Ice is what Chicago said, right? Here's some footage. Yeah, they are not uh they are not having it. Yeah. Yeah. I I was It was a big turnout. They're not stopping at just rallying in the streets. What else are they doing? So, the mayor is really rising to the occasion now because he signed an executive order demanding that Chicago police do not help. They don't cooperate in any way. That's including with immigration and the National Guard. Love it. And he demanded that all of um if you're going to come into Chicago, you need to be you need to have your identification visible. You have to have a body camera running and you cannot be covering your face. Oh, I love that. I have a little bit of Oh, go ahead. No, I just like [ __ ] finally. No, like the the masks. The masks just really [ __ ] bug me. It's like show your face. If you want to do this job, you know, and you want to and you want to get on social media and and you know, [ __ ] own it and flex, you know, own it. Yeah. I got a little bit of uh of Brandon Johnson, he's the mayor of Chicago, uh speaking at a rally this weekend, I believe it was. Sweet. No federal troops in the city of Chicago. No militarized force in the city of Chicago. We're going to defend our democracy in the city of Chicago. We're going to protect the humanity of every single person in the city of Chicago. And we got the baddest freaking labor movement in the city of Chicago birth right here. We're going to take this fight across America, but we got to defend the home front first. Ho ho. Donald Trump has got to go. Hey. Hey. Ho ho. Which side are you on? Which side are you on? Wow. That gets me excited when I see that stuff. I mean, you I know Donald Trump hates Chicago because the person that he hates the most on the planet is Barack Obama. And Barack Obama is from Chicago. Chicago town. Yeah. So, like they know he's like a reject there, right? Exactly. So, you know, but Yeah. And and it goes back to why the [ __ ] is he doing this? Because with it, just like in DC, they had a 30-year low of of crime in DC. What's the crime like in Chicago? I mean, this is 100% political posturing by Trump. Uh the crime rates in Chicago have plummeted. Uh homicides are down 30%, shootings are down 40% year-over-year from last year. My god. You know what I mean? Emergency. Emergency, right? Come on. Oh my god. And it's just it's such psychological warfare on America on a massive scale. What it is to live in a city and now there's armed guards on your streets. Armed for what? Yeah. Yeah. Well, you know, I say to all of our uh viewers that are watching us, don't worry. We're going to lock arms. We're going to get through this together. Uh we are here. Keep tuning into this show. Um, also a good uh friend of the show, Jolly Good Ginger, uh, released a video just recently, and if you remember, if you saw the Malcolm Nance episode, um, he was talking about, uh, they were talking about the the veterans group that is there, remember your oath, uh, they are there in DC, uh, basically taunting the living [ __ ] out of the National Guard, which is funnier than a [ __ ] ass deployment. It's a [ __ ] ass. And like you were saying the other day, we completely support the troops, but but in this this is called a [ __ ] ass deployment. And that's the other thing about all of this is like you're putting our men and women who've dedicated their lives in the National Guard on the streets as a way as as a show of force against us. It's an intimidation force. Yes, it is. Yeah. Yeah, that's exactly right. So, he came out with a video and he is now moving operations. They're going to keep the operations, I believe, in DC, but they're expanding into Chicago, uh, and in Baltimore. So, let me play, uh, the the video real quick. Great. Great. Multiple sources in the DC area have told me that Guard units have began cancing their existing hotel reservations in DC. These are units that had reservations to be in DC that have abruptly cancelled them. And from talking to people in the know, these units are being moved to Chicago and Baltimore. So that means we're taking our veteran protests to Chicago and Baltimore. We have not withdrawn a single dollar from the GoFundMe yet. That's starting this coming week. This coming week, we're we're going to begin withdrawing the funds. They're going to be used for our DC location and to open up a Chicago and Baltimore location because veterans are going to take our protest nationwide against this military occupation of our cities. If you're a veteran in Chicago or Baltimore, I need you to hit me up. I need a point of contact on the ground of both those cities. I will personally be going to Chicago to oversee the opening of that and one of our other organizers will be going to Baltimore. We will use funds from the GoFundMe to make all of this possible. Everything we've been doing in DC up until now has come out of our own pockets minus in cash donations that we received on the ground. This was because we wanted everything to be set up perfectly right before we withdrew a single dollar from that GoFundMe. I want a treasurer overlooking every dollar spent and I want an attorney on retainer. So that'll begin next week. We are also going to start a petition for veterans, supporters of veterans, and families of veterans to sign demanding that Governor Pritsker of Illinois and Governor Moore of Maryland stand your ground against this illegal intrusion by this president. Do not back down. We, the American people, have your back. We, the veterans, have your back. We are going to set up veteran protests in your state against this illegal intrusion into your state. Stand your ground. Stay tuned. In the next coming days, I will be publishing a petition that I want to handel to Governor Pritsker and I want to hand deliver to Governor Moore. I also need a point of contact on the ground. I'll be traveling to Chicago very soon. This protest is going nationwide. Enough is [ __ ] enough. Love that guy. Oh man, I love those guys are not playing around. No, they're not. I mean, you get him and you get Malcolm Nance together and all the other veterans. Yeah, I'm so glad that finally we're all starting to say it like, "Fuck this, dude. This is it." Like, no. And and veterans voices are as as we've said on past episodes, veterans voices are so important because it's the federal troops that are being deployed to these cities and these guys don't want to wage war on in in American cities. That's right. Like these are like highly trained like patriotic Americans. That's right. The other thing you don't do, and I'm just speaking as like a survivor, is you do not [ __ ] with people who have PTSD, right? The when you when we are triggered, we get very calm. We start recognizing every single [ __ ] pattern. We're going to start preparing for everything and we're going to mobilize, right? And I I think I think it's too late for you, sir. I think I think we're all pissed off now. So, I understand that we have a call from somebody near the area. We do. I'm brand new to your channel and I'm actually really scared. I'm uh I haven't left my house in two months. Oh, I'm scared to to go into public and um I want to thank your your channel is made me laugh again and um I'm hoping maybe on the 18th of October, I'll get out and and fight. And uh you know, her call kind of went from one way to a complete another way. Well, that's you know, you have to sit in that fear and you have to become friends with it because it's not going to go away. But you have to transmute that. have to because the best thing you can do is be scared cuz you'll stay in your house for 2 months, right? You won't leave. So, if you use that as fuel and you get pissed and you get all your other friends pissed off at you and then you all go into the streets like he's coming to Chicago, he's coming to Baltimore, Portland is next, everybody. Like, if we don't stop this, when does it stop? Yeah, that's right. Speaking of Portland is next. So the president uh spoke about that over I believe it was the weekend or hard on for this city. Oh my god. So uh what I love though so he's like you know Portland's bad too. By the way folks we are literally in downtown Portland right as we speak. I I am not getting bullets flying everywhere. Yeah. Portland's Portland's fine. There's a couple camps every now and again but everyone's pretty peaceful. We just walk by each other and say hello, you know, it's not there's nothing happening. Everybody has coffee in their hands. Yeah. Yeah. What I find funny though is there's a bunch of trolling videos uh online where people are are playing his his uh words. Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah. There was one from Malttoma Falls. Oh my god. I'm going to play that right now. Like for those who don't know, Malta Falls is this beautiful majestic waterfall in uh in the Columbia River Gorge, which is right by Portland. And uh and there's a the a Tik Tok account for the for the falls and Yeah. And so they did did this to show everybody how dangerous Portland is. Portland is unbelievable what's going on in Portland. Uh I love there's like a donut, you know, donuts, voodoo, and destruction of the city. Well, I'm going to look at it now because I didn't know that was still going on. This has been going on for years. So, we'll uh we'll be able to stop that very easily. We'll be able to stop. But you know that was not on my list, Portland. But when I watched television going on, you wouldn't be standing. If you were the mayor, you would be Can you imagine what they're doing? They're walking in throwing smoke bombs into store. Did he watch footage from 2020? Okay. I just dodged a smoke bomb this morning. Oh, wait. No, no, no, you didn't. Agitators. We're paid agitators for our country and we go there. If we go to Portland, we're going to wipe them out. They're going to be gone. And they're going to be gone fast. They won't even stand the fight. They will not stay there. They ruin they've ruined that city. People that used to live in Portland, they've left. Most of them have left. But uh what they've done to that place is just it's like it's like living in hell. Nice try. Nice try, man. It's perfectly fine. I We never have any problems except for him. He's the only problem. He's the only [ __ ] problem. On the back of those signs, they put stickers. There's new ones that says, "Let's go taco." Yeah. Let's go taco. Yeah. So, you can contribute in these little ways and those little things that make you smile every once in a while. Like, that's how you get out of your house. That's how you start building community. We just have to reach out to each other. That's right. And you know, we were we had uh Sam Schwarz and uh Micah Eran on the show. Everybody loved the show.
