All right, you guys. Fighting back feels good. It sure does. Oh, I'm so excited. Okay, so let's get to today's comment question of the day. Are you going to go to No Kings Day 2.0? Yes. And if so, who are you bringing with you? Everyone. Okay, let us let's We expect 10,000 at least comments saying exactly that. That's right. That's right. I can't I can't tell you guys how incredibly important it is that we have a massive turnout on October 18th. And we'll share the the link that people can go to sign up a little bit for we need to develop serious muscle memory as a society around mobilization because the this authoritarian takeover is not going to get better before it gets gets worse. It's going to keep getting worse. Y and uh you know if you haven't been to a protest or if you've been to one and but not in a while like this is the moment it's time. I agree. And we got to remember too I mean every America has only gotten worse. You know what I mean? For real. Uh we're talking like he's mobilized the federal law, you know, National Guard are in DC. They're in DC. They're in the capital city. What the [ __ ] are we doing? Yeah. The the big beautiful [ __ ] bill is now ripping off Americans across the country. Y food stamps are going away. They're used destroying the federal government. Oh my god. I mean, how many signs do you need? It ain't good. And the thing for Christ sakes. Oh my god. The cherry on this [ __ ] Sunday. That's That's exactly right. Uh so we will have uh the link here in just a moment for where you can go to find out more information where your local one is. Let's get involved. Let's get out there, you guys. And really quick, I want everybody to remember that this is the show to uh be subscribed to when it comes to street activism. We don't just say this stuff. Uh you know, we're not just doing a podcast and then we don't go out there. We are out in the streets. [ __ ] I'm addicted to it. I'm sorry. I don't know what to tell you. You know what I mean? We put our money where our mouth is, folks. Like these these two my wonderful co-hosts are lifelong activists uh both in both street activism and digital activism. That's how we met. Yep. Um I in 20 2019 I quit my career of 15 years and started a nonprofit that fought uh Russian and and MAGA disinformation online. Like we put our money where our mouth is on this. We're going to give you all of the information that you need on this show so that you can go and participate in these events and and and become part of this community. We really really need to develop a sense of community. We're building an army. We're building an army. And there's really there's no infrastructure out there, you guys. There's like a handful of podcasts and a couple of pissed off influencers. You got That's it. Like, you're all pissed off anyways. You're all mad. We're all sitting here watching it happen. You can't get on your phone and do something. Do get involved. Just even say out in real life, oh, you know what I heard? Or, oh, how are you going to the thing? Just Yeah, just you have to re-engage with everybody. I know we all got used to isolation during co and it's been really difficult and when you look around social skills are not what they used to be. I mean mine trash, you know what I mean? It's really hard to come back. But if you're going to bond over anything, shouldn't it be saving this place? Yeah. So definitely sh make sure to to do us a favor. Share this video uh with your friends and your family. Let's get them all excited to go out. And Tiff, I know you've got some phone calls uh we from uh listeners you want to share. Okay, so this is Crystal from Denmark all the way over there calling. I know. And she's just showing her support and uh really sorry that we have a guy who's got daddy issues as a president, you know. Hello dangerous ones. This is Crystal calling from Denmark. Not the city in New York, Maine, or South Carolina, but the country in Northern Europe. I want to thank the three of you for lifting our spirits with the show. It's great fun. And I want to thank every single American fighting that evil administration in the White House. All the [ __ ] they're getting away with. To hurt average, hardworking Americans is horrible. If you don't thrive, neither do the rest of us. We do all for the orange toddler, but we hate that he's taking his dad issues out on you all. So, know that you are the spear point of the resistance and 5 billion people around the world are on your side. I just want to tell you that. Um, please don't give up. Thank you. Much love and support from across the Atlantic. Bye. I know. That is the nicest call. That was like the nicest call. Did you hear what she said? America is the spear point of the resistance. Wow. Um, nice. Uh, oh, no. Um, sorry, but America is the spear point of the resistance. Listen to what she's saying. Yeah. Oh my god. Just by saying five billion people are with us. Thank you. Thank you, Crystal, so much. Um, and I know we have one more call and this is an important call because not everybody can make it out to a protest. We understand that. Uh but there's lots of things uh that you can do when it comes to social storms amplifying content on the day of the protest. But uh Tiff, you've got a special call. I do. This is D from Florida and she's got uh she wants us to talk about introverts and protesting and how to do it if you have anxiety. How to balance the two. I love it. Yeah, that's great. Hey guys, this is D in Florida. I'm just watching your um podcast. May I make the request if you're able to do it between now and um then is to address the introverts in your audience. Let them know that they may not feel like going out in public to a big parade with lots of people, but there are other things they can do to protest from home. Whether it's share on social media, make signs, and then hand them out. maybe get in your car on the protest day, drive by and just hand out signs so the the people on the street have signs, things like that. There's there's things that we introverts can do and I think that would be cool if you guys could address that somehow. Thank you for your work. I'm a loyal follower as of today. Y thank you D. Thanks for calling. What a great point D brings up because I've had social anxiety. Um you know lots of people after co got social anxiety. It's sometimes we just went to the protest uh in Vancouver, Washington. And you know, there is that little moment as you're walking up, you're like, "What am I about to walk up to, right? You don't know what you're going to see." So, I understand. Um but I would say that out of all the protests I've been to, they've all been uh just fine. You know what I mean? And but we understand that some people can't uh you know, they just they just don't feel comfortable going out. And she makes a great point. There's a lot that you can do. And even if you make signs, you don't have to hand them out. just drive up, drop them off on the corner. You can just drive around and honk your support to other protests. A drive by signing. I love that. Yeah. Right. You know, there's lots of ways to get involved without having to actually walk in the street. Yeah. Love it. Absolutely. And and you know, social sharing is a great uh great one that she brought up. I formed a whole organization around the idea that sharing uh pro-democracy information on social media is is a really important sort of leg on the stool of activism now. And so definitely everybody do that whether you're going to the to the uh No Kings Day 2.0 or not. Yeah. Right. Like share about it. Share and then during the event after after the event share share the pictures, make sure they go viral. Uh share the videos. This we can all do something. Yes. I I couldn't agree more. and we're going to keep you updated on all the new news from No King's Day 2.0. We're going to have more episodes about uh things to to know before attending your uh No King's Day. Last time we did a top 10 list of the 10 things to know. We'll probably reiterate that and update it. And uh we'll also let you know where we're going to be. We're going to be going live that day, so you guys can come along with us. If you can't go yourself, you can watch us um and uh come say hi in Portland. Watch me screw up the live feed somehow. I'm quite sure. You can literally do anything to make your voice heard. You can just like a comment on somebody's live stream. You can leave a comment. You can buy a stack of flags and leave them in a little solo cup on top of a trash can. That's right. You can do anything. It's not hard to get involved. Really, you guys, we need every single one of you. Yep. We need everybody. So, for more information, to find out uh uh what's going on in your area, go to nokings.org. Again, that is nokings.org. Now, I went there today. There's not a full list yet that they're they just announced this. So, they're still populating the events. So, they're giving that like a week. Yes. So, come next week that it there should be a map with all the different events, but you can go and leave your information on the site right now and they'll follow up and send you information about local events, too. That's right. But keep that web address, no kings.org. We're going to keep uh saying it throughout the next uh month and a half or so. And uh folks, please like and subscribe this video, share, comment, let us know in the comments if you're going to No Kings Day 2.0. Let's go America. Let's go. All right. And uh folks, we can't thank you enough for being uh supporters of this show and being part of the family, being part of the Danger Corps. It means so much to us. We've got so much more to do together. Um so if you'd like to uh support the show, you can do so by going to the dangerous.com. Until then, be safe. Get into good trouble. Get into good trouble with us. Uh, and remember, we are all the dangerous ones. Bye. Bye.
